Refund Policy
By placing an order and making a payment for software or services, the customer confirms acceptance of this Refund Policy.
Before paying for the project (connection of the CarMod module, additional programming or customization services), the customer agrees to carefully review the functionality of the CarMod module as well as the minimum hosting and technical requirements.
By completing the payment, the customer confirms that the technical specifications, functionality, and completeness of the databases fully meet their requirements and expectations.
The company car-mod.com makes every reasonable effort to resolve any issues through consultation and communication with the customer. However, if the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the services or the purchased software, a refund may be granted subject to the conditions listed below:
1) A refund request is submitted before the installation of the module files on the customer’s hosting environment.
2) No more than seven (7) calendar days have passed since the payment date.
3) The refund is requested to the same payment method (VISA / MasterCard) used for the original transaction.
If any of the above conditions are not met, car-mod.com reserves the right to retain a portion of the paid amount.
The retained amount is determined individually based on the volume of completed work, the files already delivered, and the extent of software usage.

The refund request must include the reason for the refund.
All refund requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are processed at the end of the current billing month.
The transaction processing time is typically 1 to 3 banking days and depends on the issuing bank.
In the event of a refund, the customer agrees to completely remove the software (modules, media files, templates, and databases) and to cease any use of it for any purpose.
